Service
Charges (Recruitment Fee)
1. For contract positions - Fee of X% of the
gross monthly salary of the selected candidate would
be paid by client to iCat on a monthly basis. If during
or after the contract the client opts to offer a permanent
position to the candidate a fee of 10% of the annual
cost to company of the candidate would be given to iCat.
In addition the service tax will be applicable.
2. For permanent positions: The client shall
pay a one-time service charge to iCat. The Service Charge
would be Y% of the annual cost to company of the selected
candidate. In addition the service tax will be applicable.
Payment Terms
The client will settle all bills within 10 days of the
candidate joining the organization.
Replacement Guarantee
We guarantee the stay of candidates for a minimum period
of 3 months ( only in case of permanent position) .
In case the candidate leaves within 3 months of joining,
iCat would provide a suitable candidate within 1 month.
