Establish key business objectives. Responsible for the board for the Company Finances. Indepth knowledge of international Finance, equity & Debt, short and medium term loans. Bridge financing, purchase & equipment financing. Government loans, Grants: IPO's; Money markers; Commercial paper etc. Should be able to source capital to meet current and future needs. Must be able to make sound and timely decisions, establishing MIS and controls. Minimize tax liabilities thru' planning, researching, executing and defend all tax cases in various countries. Must be a hands on person with experience in intercating with key personnel in international financial markets.
