Job Description

To lead, motivate and guide a large team of service professionals comprising of Service Engineers, Service Marketing staff and Technicians and to monitor, analyze and improve the shop floor productivity of a Service Workshop as stand-alone profit center.

Desired Profile

Education Qualification : Degree in Automobile / Mechanical Engineering.
10-12 years experience in handling similar responsibilities, of which 3 years should be in Managerial cadre.
Should have practical hands on shop floor experience with analytical ability to trouble shoot the problems on Construction equipments, Hydraulic system and Heavy commercial equipments.
A self motivated person with customer focused initiative who can set and implement customer-centered strategies to make service as most profitable is preferred choice.
Age group of 35-40 years.

Minimum experience - 10 years
Maximum experience - 15 years
