Job Description
The Executive Assistant (Manager Grade) to C Level assists the office of the C Level with daily operations, programmes and development activities pertaining to the company in general. The position is responsible for providing inputs which are helpful in the formulation of all strategic long term and short term plans, related to operations and the proper running of organization.
Work closely with the office of the C Level to design, deploy and track various initiatives.
Contribute towards the visibility to the C Level on the developments, across the organization.
Drive decision making process by reading and identifying any appropriate supplemental information needs and tracking strategy related questions with the appropriate internal team members.
Synthesize learning’s from Executive Management team and other relationships for C Level in update briefs.
Capturing and disseminating learning’s from C Level external meetings to internal team.
Ensure that presentation materials are prepared for internal and external audiences and prepare special briefs on business management issues for the C Level as requested.
Monitor the implementation of plans, ensure corrective action is taken and regularly communicate suggested mid course corrections to all departments concerned, as agreed by them in the meetings with the C Level.
Participate in key forums wherever required, to ensure appropriate alignment and tracking of initiatives.
Assisting in scheduling and planning for events, such as meetings, conferences, presentations etc. which may include coordinating arrangements, handling logistics, preparing and disseminating materials.
Ensure relevant, timely and clear communication/information flows.
Acting as a liason with internal and external stakeholders, answering and prioritizing telephone calls, e-mail and mail communications.
Drafting and/or editing correspondence such as letters, memos, emails and PowerPoint presentations.
Qualifications / Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks. Must possess strong judgment with a demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks with competing priorities. Ability to manage confidential information and situations with efficiency, flexibility, diplomacy, while cultivating trust within the team. Good command over Hindi and/or regional language. Excellent verbal and written skills in English. Good knowledge of statistical/analytical and MIS tools.
Required Education and Experience
Post-graduate degree in management. Relevant experience of at least 3-4 years
Minimum experience - 3 years
Maximum experience - 7 years
