Overview

Launched in 1998, SKS Microfinance is one of the fastest growing microfinance organizations in the world, having provided over US $908 million (Rs 4,216 crores)and has maintained loans outstanding of US $369 million (Rs 1,714 crores) in loans to 3,078,458 women members in poor regions of India. Borrowers take loans for a range of income-generating activities, including livestock, agriculture, trade (such as vegetable vending), production (from basket weaving to pottery) and new age businesses (Beauty Parlor to photography). SKS also offers interest-free loans for emergencies as well as life insurance to its members. Its NGO wing SKS foundation runs the Ultra Poor Program.
SKS currently has 1,413 microfinance branches in 18 states across India. SKS aims to reach 8,000,000 members by 2010. In the last year alone, SKS Microfinance has achieved nearly 170 % growth, with 99% on-time repayment rate.

Job Description

Preferably Lead Auditor for ISO 9001:2000 QMS.
Knowledge of ISO:9001:2000 Quality Management System
Knowledge of ISO:9001:2000 QMS sections and it’s implementation and monitoring procedure
Knowledge of documentation required, procedure for amendment in documents and retention period of document.

Key Responsibilities

Data collection and analysis of various departments with reference to Quality objectives set.
Ability to conduct Internal Quality Audits, making audit reports and follow up actions. Preference- Trained auditor.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Good communication skills, fluency in English or Hindi and coordinating with all departments and Management Representative
Skill for getting work done through team work
Knowledge of using computers is a must.
Skill in conducting training for ISO related activities.

Required Education and Experience

Candidates must have 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in a multinational organization or from a reputed consulting firm. Preference will be given to candidates with ISO audit exposure to Banking and Financial Institutions

Maximum experience - 5 years
