It is also involved in 6 ongoing development projects and owns 10% stake in 58 Hilton Hotels in UK. Job Description

Responsible for all aspects of investment control including operational due diligence, investment documentation, control of payments & receipts, investment reporting & MIS, monitoring & risk management etc.

Detailed Role & Responsibilities

Controlling Finance and improvising Profitability.
Cash Flow reviews.
Department wise Budgeting/Monitoring.
MIS Reporting.
Identification of Risk;
Discussion with Functional Head Department wise and identification of Primary & Secondary Owner;
Development of Mitigation Plan based on discussion with Risk Owner;
Submission of Risk Report to Audit Committee on quarterly basis.
To facilitate the entire process on quarterly basis and submit synopsis of status of internal controls to Board for their certification.
To raise "red flags" to operational and/or holding management whenever compliance with sound business principles are at risk.e

Minimum experience - 6 years
Maximum experience - 12 years
