Job Description

The Candidate reports to GM -Marketing / DGM - Marketing.
To work with advertising agencies to develop, produce and implement marketing campaigns and material using multiple channels of media.
Assist with marketing ancillary and B2B revenue initiatives as required (mortgage products, property management, commercial partners, cable/phone/internet tie-ups etc.).
To promote the company's brand in the marketplace.
Plans and implements the Company's public relations activities. Represents the Company at civil and professional functions. Ad campaigns (print, billboard, internet, radio).
To spearhead the marketing and promotional initiatives for the various projects being launched by the company. Coordinates and administers, with direction from the GM/DGM, the Marketing and sales strategies.


Desired Candidate Profile

Excellent command of written and spoken English Possess good communication and interpersonal skill. Deep Understanding of Real estate market. Good negotiation & interpersonal skills.

Education
MBA (full time) with Marketing or any Post Graduate from reputed institute

Minimum experience - 10 years
Maximum experience - 15 years
