Description
The person will head the HR team and will take care of all HR and developmental activities inclusive of Training and devleopment .
Though the incumbent will work as an HR head he will also shoulder the responsibility of bringing a cultural upgradation, talent aquisation and retention and adding value to the organisation through the employee strenth. Must be a hands on person and willing to work in small HR teams of 2-4 people.
Desired Profile
The incumbent will be a post graduate in HR from a reputed Institute having 8 -20 yrs experience in the field of HR of which at least 5 yrs should be from an IT industry.
He should have worked as an HR head in an IT or IT enabled services/organisation.
A right vision ,direction and initiatives are the most Important factors we would be looking for. Minimum experience 8 years ;
Maximum experience 20 years
