Job Description

Scheduling of activities, Resource planning & budgeting of project.
Forecasting & raising of material requisition.
Monitoring of progress and preparation of cost variation report.
Contract management - time extension, Extra claims & additional works.
Client correspondence
Preparation of RA Bill & Escalation Bills.
Sub-contractors Work order preparation & evaluation of work done.
Preparation of MIS Report
Contract management - time extension, Extra claims & additional works.

Desired Profile

Must be a BE/B.Tech Civil with atleast 12 plus years experience in Civil Project Management.
Must have skills in the following areas:

Scheduling of activities, Resource planning & budgeting of project.
Forecasting & raising of material requisition.
Monitoring of progress and preparation of cost variation report.
Contract management - time extension, Extra claims & additional works.
Client correspondence
