Job Description

* Accomplishes housekeeping work requirements by orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching employees.
* Meets housekeeping work standards by following production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving operational problems; identifying work process improvements.
* Meets housekeeping cost standards by monitoring expenses; implementing cost-saving actions.
* Maintains building interiors by dusting and sanitizing furniture, equipment, mirrors, and fixtures; washing windows, walls, ceilings, vents, and light fixtures; sweeping, scrubbing and refinishing floors; vacuuming and shampooing carpet; changing cubicle curtains and drapes; re-supplying restrooms; replacing light bulbs; reporting needed repairs.
* Removes waste by emptying trash containers; transporting solid waste to compactors; recycling material.
* Keeps equipment operational by following operating instructions; cleaning equipment; notifying equipment technician of needed repairs.
* Maintains safe working conditions by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
* Provides quality service by documenting cleaning actions; noting areas requiring additional care or monitoring; informing supervisor of incomplete work.
* Maintains cost containment initiatives by diluting chemicals according to manufacturer's recommendations; minimizing supply use to accomplish cleaning standards; maintaining equipment.
* Updates housekeeping job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading technical publications.
* Enhances housekeeping department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Desired Profile

Must have atleast 5 plus years experience in Housekeeping in a Service Industry.
Graduate with PG Qualification in Housekeeping.
Must be highly presentable with good communication skills.
MUST BE FROM THE SERVICE INDUSTRY - HOTELS/ HOSPITALS ETC.

Minimum experience - 5 years
Maximum experience - 15 years
