Job Description

To achieve excellence in preventive maintenance programs with highest standards and ensure energy conservation practices.
Develop programs to provide comprehensive facility, contract and procurement management for technical services.
Contribute to achieving financial and other targets established by the Management.
Establish, implement and review managing the Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing installations & all Civil maintenance within the facility.
Establish the process of maintaining the logbooks, checklists and PPM schedules for all M & E installations.
Responsible to handle the shifts independently on all Engineering related matters.
Very Good people skills and ability to interact with a wide range of client staff and demands.
Strong PC literacy and proven ability to manage daily activities using various systems.
Demonstrated experience with client reporting and preparation of reports required.
Develop vendor management systems.
Must have skills in promoting process improvements.
Must have skills in tracking budget expenses.
Must have strong negotiation skills.
Must have strong customer orientation.

Desired Profile

Atleast 13 plus years of handling Facilities in a Leadership Role in the Service Industry.
Tertiary qualifications in either Electrical/Mechanical/Civil Engineering essential.
MUST BE FROM THE SERVICE INDUSTRY - HOTELS/ HOSPITALS ETC.

Minimum experience - 12 years
Maximum experience - 25 years
