Job Description

Proficient in FrameMaker, Excel and Word.Some web experience a plus, but not necessary. (Creating html files) Some graphic experience a plus, but not necessary. (Quark and Adobe Illustrator). Good proofreading capability. Pays close attention to detail. Strong organizational skills. Ability to schedule and track projects. Good communications skills. Self motivated and driven. Able to work independently on very focused projects.
Qualifications:
BA in English or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years like experience.
Role and Responsibility
Formatting datasheets and application notes as received from marketing.
Light copyediting of documents to maintain consistency.
Work with subject matter experts on technical content and ensure timeliness and accuracy of material.
Track datasheet queue activity using Excel spreadsheet.
Process datasheets and applications notes through the online ECN system.
Self-manage print projects from scheduling to publishing. Including but not limited to Product Selector Guide and New Product Status Guide

Minimum experience - 4 years
Maximum experience - 10 years
