Job Description

Highly motivated, self-driven individual to join Cypress India Quality organization
Candidate will lead the quality engineering team and will be responsible for:
Customer Quality Interface
Specification review, gap analysis and gap closure.
Customer Information support related to product quality
Process standardization and automation, including software tools such as implementation of knowledge database
Product change notification (PCN) management
Transfer process from Cypress Philippines
Interface to Information Technology for definition of next generation software
Beyond a start-up phase of 2 to 3 quarters, it is our plan to expand
the role and responsibilities of the India Quality team, and make India the
center of excellence for Cypress Corporate Quality systems

Job Specific Requirements

Strong experience in the IC manufacturing environment
Good background in Quality
Strong Leadership and communication skills (both written and verbal)
Ability to effectively prioritize work for maximum customer satisfaction
Logical with good sense of defining tools, organizing information
Ability to interface with all levels of the organization
Demonstrate constructive approach to addressing problems and issues
Education and Work Experience:
Requires BE in microelectronics engineering
5 years experience in Semiconductor company
Management Experience required
Project Management experience is a plus
Good presentation skills
Team player

Minimum experience - 5 years
Maximum experience - 15 years
