Job Description

Provides engineering expertise for complex projects.
Plans, schedules, and conducts detailed phases of engineering work. Work involves various complex features, which may include conflicting design/performance objectives, unsuitable for standard materials or difficult coordination.
Provide guidance to more junior engineers.
Serve as a highly accountable technical resource on a product process or problem area.
Job Specific Requirements:
Solid understanding of Device physics and basic design fundamentals and in-depth knowledge of Circuit (Digital/Analog) design.
Project Management Capabilities and Leadership Qualities.
At least 4-5 years of Experience in SRAM and/or Flash Design with 2-3 years of experience as a Project/Tech lead.
Prior experience of dealing with multiple design-engineering Disciplines (design, layout, testing, product, marketing).
Should be hands-on to resolve issues/suggest actions/initiate alternate-- plans with driving capabilities.
Experience in floor-planning, task-planning, schedule-planning, debug.
Full custom design/production flow experience (Launch to production).
Tool skills : Spice/Eldo, Cadence/Mentor Layout/Schematic entry, Verilog, Unix/Linux, Perl

Minimum experience - 3 years
Maximum experience - 15 years
