Job Description

Area Manager

A Management level profile, involving the handling of 2-3 states, wherein AAM’s and 5-10 ASM/ SM’s will be reporting in.
Very matured
Should be a hardcore Sales / processes man with a 5 yrs plus experience.
Responsible for driving his Team to facilitate sales by SKS staff.
Should have good communication skill / command over the language because he ll monitor training being imparted by his reportees.
Should have sound process background because he ll be facilitating / guiding his reportees to develop new / follow up the processes so as to attain the high results by SKS staff.
Should have a flair for traveling because in command of a large territory , to support the region , he will travel extensively.
From insurance background and preferably should have worked in Alternate Channel / in some retail distribution channel
A go-getter who can over manage .

Area Manager

A middle level management profile, reporting to Area Manager, representing half or one third of the state.
Should be a hardcore Sales / processes man with a 3-4 yrs experience.
Responsible for driving himself to facilitate sales by SKS staff.
Should have good communication skill / command over the language because of his relationship building requirement and Training.
Should have a flair for traveling because in command of a large territory , to support the region , he will travel extensively.
From insurance background and preferably should have worked in Alternate Channel / in some retail distribution channel
A go-getter who can over manage the relationship with Alternate Channels.


Minimum experience - 4 years
Maximum experience - 15 years
