Job Description

This individual will be expected to participate in all phases of the software development cycle including but not limited to development of test strategies/methodology/quality audit reviews to drive upstream testing.
Lead a team of 10+ and perform mentoring, reviews, etc.
Plan and conduct quality review audits and work with other test organizations and or development to drive upstream testing.
Ensure that measurement matrices are established to measure quality processes. Identify matrices and measurements for all aspect of the software QA development cycle.
Evaluation/review of all new or existing processes, comparing them to established procedures and standards both technical and non-technical and champion where applicable.
Plan and conduct test centric Post Mortem evaluation/review
Develop and implement quality control and improvement processes


Desired Profile

University graduate with a minimum 3-5 years experience in multi-disciplinary QA process environments.
Communication skills: excellent oral, written and presentation skills
Leadership experience in quality management and quality improvement.
Familiar with aspects of product development, such as lifecycles, software process methodology and product deployment
Proficient in configuring and using all MS operating systems and various flavors of Linux
Test Plan & Case generation
Some scripting/programming ability (C, C++ , Pearl, Java, Crystal Reports)
Self-starter able to achieve successful outcomes in a non-hierarchical environment, with minimal supervision or direction.
Detailed oriented; ability to multitask through planning/organizing.
Project management skills and experience desirable
Proficient in configuring/setting up PCs.
