Job Description

ASIC Test and Qualification targeting Failure Analysis, Stress Testing, Reliability, Characterization and Burn in.
Pre-production Tests including electrical test, wafer probe, scan, burn-in and test/vector development.
Reliability Stress tests including Pre-conditioning, HTOL, HAST, T/C, THB, A/C, ESD.
Characterization including AC and DC parameters, Iddq under best and worst case conditions.
Customer issues analysis and resolution,- Device certification of external standards for market and customer acceptance.


Desired Profile

BS/ MS (EC/EE/CE) with 2 to 10 years experience.

Over 3 years experience on ASIC/PCB/System design or verification.
Experience on Test Vector generation and debugging for both ATPG and Functional.
Thorough knowledge of silicon test requirements. Knowledge of test program for various tester platforms (Credence, HP, Teradyne¿).
Familiarity with lab testing, and test equipment.
Experience on the board debug, capable of reviewing the board schematics and layout.
Experience on ASIC characterization for AC, DC parameters and Iddq.
Capability on analysis using histograms and smoo plots.
C/C++, Perl, and Unix script language and programming skills.
Strong communication skill, both written and oral.-Knowledge on Audio and Video Standards.
